委託內出現的所有角色，委託人必須擁有其使用權或二創許可，如果因角色使用權與他人產生任何形式的糾紛，所有責任歸於委託人。

For all the characters that appear in the commission, the client must have the right to use them or the license for derivative. If there is any form of dispute with others due to the character usage rights, all responsibility belongs to the client.
Welcome to specify any painting style/method I have used before. Please provide examples of my old works.
基礎事項-BASICS
未成年人（未滿18歲）之單季度委託金額上限為500 HKD，並禁止R18、商業和買斷委託，除非出示家長或監護人同意書，成年人則須出示含有出生日期的身份證明。（可對照片及部分證件編號打碼）
普通委託會在付款後3星期內完成，複雜委託會額外需時約1~3星期，既最長6星期內完成，如果無法如期完成會主動告知，不收急件。
有時候會多單委託同時進行，非繪製期間會有不定期定時的休息期而不另行通知。
解析度一律350dpi，正常情況下只提供PNG圖檔（如有需要可同時提供浮水印版本），原始檔可能會在保留至少三個月後刪除。
For minors (under 18 years old), the maximum amount of commission in a single quarter is 500 HKD and NSFW, commercial and buyout commissions are prohibited. Unless the consent of the parent or guardian is presented. Adults must present their identity certificate with the date of birth. (photo and part of the ID number can be pixelated)
Ordinary commissions will be completed within 3 weeks after payment. 1 to 3 extra weeks are needed for complex commissions, which means will be completed within 6 weeks at most. If it cannot be completed as scheduled, the client will be informed. No urgent orders are accepted.
Sometimes multiple orders may be processed at the same time. There will be irregular breaks during non-working periods without prior notice.
The resolution is always 350 dpi. Generally, only PNG image files will be provided (watermarked versions are available on request). Original files may be deleted after being retained for at least 3 months.
價格-PRICES
價目表未額外說明者皆為底價，所有委託都可能根據內容需求調整最終報價。
每額外角色基礎價+80%，差分按需求報價，如果希望不公開作品請先告知，一律總價+50%，對委託人作匿名處理則不收費。
委託人於草稿確認前取消委託，可獲最多原價50%的退款。草稿確認後，除非我方無法如期完成委託（退款金額依當下進度及情況決定），否則只可取消委託，不接受出於任何理由之退款要求。
取消委託後的半成品會被收回使用權並以YCH形式轉售。
Unspecified prices are all reserve prices. All orders may adjust the final quotation according to the content and requirements.
Each additional character costs 80% of the base price. Alternative versions will be quoted on demand. If you want to keep the artwork private, please let me know first. An additional fee of 50% will be charged. No charge for anonymity.
If the client cancels the commission before the draft is confirmed, they will get a refund of up to 50% of the original price. After the draft is confirmed, unless I am unable to complete the commission on schedule (the refund amount is determined according to the current progress and situation), the client can only cancel the commission, and no refund request for any reason will be accepted.
After the cancellation of a commission, the semi-finished artwork will be revoked and resold as YCH.
商業-COMMERCIAL
商業委託總價為原價的2~5倍，按情況決定，且不接二創。
商業委託之定義為：作品可能用於任何涉及盈利之行為中，例如用於盈利之圖文、影音或頻道（包括現時未盈利、但未來可能會的）、販售印製品、宣傳等。（個人宣傳則不在此限）
為保障雙方，金額超過2000 HKD之委託需簽訂合約，委託人可自攜擬好的合約，或交由我方擬定，皆有協商空間。
Commercial commission prices are 2~5 times of the original price according to the situation. Derivative themes are not accepted.
The definition of commercial commission is that the artwork may be used for any profitable purpose. Such as use in profitable articles, images, videos, or channels (including currently unprofitable, but likely in the future), selling printed products, or use for promotions, etc. (except personal promotions)
To protect both parties, commissions over 2000 HKD require a contract. The client can bring their drafted contract, or let me draft it. There is room for negotiation in both cases.
版權-COPYRIGHT
委託作品版權歸我方所有，委託人僅享有部分使用權，包括二次發佈（需標註繪師）、裁切旋轉及少量印製於非商業用途。（例如個人收藏、贈送）
繪製時可能會公開半成品或進行直播，成品會用於公開發表及放入作品集。
嚴禁委託人擅自對委託作品進行自作發言、公開半成品、二次販賣或二次加工。（例如塗改、加非SNS自帶的濾鏡和特效、作為素材使用、用於AI繪圖訓練等）
The copyright of commissioned artworks belongs to me. The client only enjoys part of the right to use. Including publishing (must tag the artist), cropping and rotating, and a small amount of printing for non-commercial purposes. (such as personal collection and gifting).
The work in progress may be published or shown in streams. The finished artwork will be published and put into my portfolio.
It is strictly forbidden for the client to claim to be the artist, publish the work in progress, sell the artwork, or perform any secondary processing on the artwork. (such as altering, adding filters and special effects not included in SNS, using as assets, using in AI training, etc.)
