填寫委託表單，確定內容和報價後加入排單。

★我方導致的錯誤繪製或提出的修改建議不算入修改次數限制內。

★Each stage includes 2 free rounds of revisions, and multiple adjustments can be requested per round. Any further revisions will incur additional fees based on complexity.

服務條款 - TERMS OF SERVICE
委託前請務必詳閱服務條款，確認訂單即視為同意所有條款。如果委託人違反服務條款，將被取消委託且不可退款，更可能導致永久黑單。
Please read these terms carefully before commissioning. By confirming your order, you agree to all the terms listed below. Any breach of these terms by the client will result in the immediate cancellation of the commission without a refund, and may lead to permanent blacklisting.
付款方式 - PAYMENT
香港：轉數快 / AlipayHK / PayMe
台灣：銀行匯款 / 超商代碼（+32 NTD）
中國大陸：支付寶（只限 CNY）
海外：Paypal / Ko-Fi（只限 USD）
若報價貨幣與支付貨幣不一致，將按付款當日之 Google 匯率進行換算，換算後之金額採四捨五入法計算至整數位。
Hong Kong: FPS / AlipayHK / PayMe
Taiwan: Bank transfer / Convenience store code (+32 NTD)
Mainland China: Alipay (CNY only)
Overseas: PayPal / Ko-Fi (USD only)
If the quoted currency and payment currency are different, the conversion will be based on the Google exchange rate on the date of payment. The final amount will be rounded to the nearest integer.

委託內出現的所有角色及內容，委託人必須擁有其使用權或二創許可，如果因角色使用權與他人產生任何形式的糾紛，所有責任歸於委託人。
Accepts: Furry, Human, Original, Fanart / Self-insert
Declines: NSFW / Gore, Complex backgrounds / patterns / outfits
Strengths: Kemono (Japanese style), Female Anthros
Weaknesses: Muscular, Elderly, Extreme perspectives.
The client must hold the rights to use or create derivative works for all characters and content provided. I am not responsible for any legal disputes regarding character ownership, and the client shall bear full liability.
基礎事項 - BASICS
未成年人（未滿 18 歲）之單季度委託金額上限為 500 HKD，並禁止 R18、商業和買斷委託，除非出示家長或監護人同意書，成年人則須出示含有出生日期的身份證明（可對照片及部分證件編號打碼）。
普通委託將在付款後 5 星期內完成，複雜委託將額外需時約 1~5 星期，既最長 10 星期內完成，如果無法如期完成會主動告知。
完稿將只提供 PNG 圖檔（如有需要可同時提供浮水印版本），原始檔和其他類型的檔案將按需求額外收費，原始檔可能會在保留至少 3 個月後刪除。
For minors (under 18), the commission limit is 500 HKD per quarter. NSFW, commercial use, and full buyout commissions are prohibited unless a parental/guardian consent form is provided. Adults must provide a valid ID showing their birth date (photos and sensitive ID numbers can be redacted).
Standard commissions will be completed within 5 weeks after payment. Complex commissions may take an additional 1–5 weeks, with a maximum turnaround time of 10 weeks. I will proactively notify you if there are any delays.
Final works will be delivered as PNG files only (watermarked versions can be provided upon request). Source files or other formats will incur extra charges. Source files may be deleted after being stored for at least 3 months.
價格 - PRICES
價目表未額外說明者皆為底價，所有委託都可能根據內容需求調整最終報價。
每個額外角色的費用為基礎價格的 100%，差分按需求報價。如果希望不公開作品請先告知，並將額外收取總價 50% 的費用，對委託人作匿名處理則不收費。
在確認草稿之前，委託人可無理由取消委託，並獲總價 50% 的退款，取消委託後的半成品將被重製並作為 YCH 二次出售。在確認草稿之後，如果我方無法如期完成委託，委託人可取消委託，退款金額依當下進度及情況決定，取消委託後的半成品委託人仍持有其使用權，並可以另尋其他繪師或自行完成。
除以上情況外，不接受出於任何理由之退款要求，取消委託後的半成品將被刪除，雙方皆再無使用權。
Prices listed are base prices unless stated otherwise. The final quote for all commissions may be adjusted based on the complexity and requirements of the content.
Each additional character will cost 100% of the base price. Variations will be quoted based on requirements. If you wish to keep the work private, please inform me in advance; a 50% surcharge of the total price will apply. There is no additional fee for just client anonymity.
Before the draft is confirmed, the client may cancel the commission for any reason and receive a 50% refund of the total price. The unfinished work will be repurposed and resold as a YCH. After the draft is confirmed, if I am unable to complete the commission on schedule, the client may cancel the commission. The refund amount will be determined based on the current progress and circumstances. The client will retain usage rights to the unfinished work and may hire another artist or complete it themselves.
Outside of these conditions, refund requests for any reason will not be accepted. The unfinished works from such cancellations will be deleted, and neither party will have the right to use them.
商業 - COMMERCIAL
商業或買斷委託的總價將按情況及授權範圍決定，且不接二創。
商業委託的定義為作品可能用於任何涉及盈利之行為中，例如用於盈利之圖文、影音或直播（包括現時未盈利、但未來計劃會盈利的頻道）、販售印製品、團體宣傳（不包括個人宣傳）等。買斷委託為此基礎上增加授權範圍，例如改作權。
為保障雙方，金額超過 2000 HKD 之委託需簽訂合約，委託人可自攜擬好的合約，或交由我方擬定，皆有協商空間。
The total price for commercial use or copyright buyout commissions will be determined based on the specific case and scope of licensing. Fanart is not accepted for these purposes.
Commercial use is defined as any activity involving profit, such as using the artwork in monetized graphics, videos, or livestreams (including currently non-monetized channels with future plans to monetize), selling physical merchandise, or group promotion (excluding personal self-promotion). A copyright buyout expands the licensing scope further, such as granting the right to modifications.
To protect both parties, a formal contract is required for commissions exceeding 2000 HKD. Clients may provide their own contract or have one drafted by me; both options are open for negotiation.
版權 - COPYRIGHT
委託作品版權歸我方所有，委託人僅享有部分使用權，包括二次發佈（需標註繪師）、裁切旋轉及少量印製於非商業用途（例如個人收藏、贈送）。
繪製時可能會公開半成品或進行直播，成品將用於公開發表及放入作品集。遇到不擅長的題材時，可能會在經過委託人同意的情況下使用 AI 生成的參考資料。
嚴禁委託人在未經授權的情況下對委託作品進行以下行為：自作發言、公開半成品、二次販賣或二次加工（例如塗改、加非 SNS 自帶的濾鏡和特效、作為素材使用、用於 AI 訓練等）。
I retain full copyright of the commissioned artwork. The client is granted limited usage rights, including re-posting (with credit to the artist), cropping or rotating, and small-scale printing for non-commercial purposes (e.g., personal collection or gifting).
Work-in-progress shots may be shared publicly or during livestreams. The final work will be used for public display and inclusion in my portfolio. For unfamiliar subjects, I may use AI-generated references only with the client's prior consent.
The following unauthorized actions by the client are strictly prohibited: claiming authorship, publicly sharing WIPs, reselling, or making secondary modifications (e.g., altering the drawing, applying non-native SNS filters/effects, using as assets, for AI training).
